The Anti‑Corruption Pledge for Members

I, as a new member of We The People, solemnly pledge to uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency in all my actions and decisions. By signing this pledge, I commit to the following principles:

I.
Independent Decision‑Making. I will make all my decisions and cast all my votes based solely on my own informed judgment. I will not coordinate my votes to align with external political entities, nonprofit organizations, activist groups, or lobbyists, but vote solely as an individual.
II.
No External Influence. I will refuse any attempts from outside organizations or individuals to sway my voting behavior or policy decisions. I will not accept gifts, favors, or financial incentives that could compromise my impartiality.
III.
Empowering Citizens. I will prioritize the voices and needs of fellow citizens, ensuring that their interests guide my actions, to the extent I agree with them. My commitment is to be a true representative of my community, not a proxy for external interests.
IV.
Transparency and Accountability. I will maintain transparency in my actions and decisions, providing clear explanations whenever I deem reasonable for my voting choices and policy positions. I will hold myself accountable to the principles of honesty and fairness, and I welcome scrutiny and feedback from other party members.
V.
Ethical Conduct. I will adhere to the ethical principles that I hold and ensure that my conduct reflects the values of integrity, fairness, and respect for democratic processes.

By signing this pledge, I affirm my dedication to these principles and my commitment to serving the interests of the people, we the people, as a citizen with a unique voice. I understand that any violation of this pledge may result in disciplinary actions as determined by We The People, up to and including termination of membership.
