How to Join WTPFL
Joining We The People Florida is simple. If you're already registered to vote in Florida, you can update your party affiliation online in just a few minutes. If you're not yet registered, you can register and select WTPFL as your party at the same time.
Visit RegisterToVoteFlorida.gov
Go to Florida's official online voter registration system. This is the same system used whether you're registering for the first time or updating your existing record.
Verify Your Identity
You'll need your Florida driver's license or Florida ID card number, or the last four digits of your Social Security number. This is used to verify your identity and match your record.
Select "We The People Florida"
When prompted for party affiliation, choose We The People Florida from the list of registered political parties. If you're updating an existing registration, check the "Record Update/Change" box.
Submit and Receive Confirmation
After submitting, your county Supervisor of Elections will mail you a new voter information card confirming your registration and party affiliation.
Primary Election Deadline
You can change your party affiliation at any time, but to vote in a primary election as a WTPFL member, your change must be submitted at least 29 days before the primary. Florida is a closed primary state, so party affiliation determines which candidates appear on your primary ballot.

By Mail: Download the Florida Voter Registration Application (Form DS-DE 39) from the Division of Elections website, complete it, and mail it to your county Supervisor of Elections.
In Person: Visit your county Supervisor of Elections office, any Florida driver's license office, or designated voter registration agencies.
